A 60 minute session using large machines called the "Pilates reformer". This class is for all levels of fitness. You will be coached on technique, alignment, and core control while building strength, stamina and muscle tone. The small class size (dual clients) guarantees you that one-on-two attention, which enables the instructior to modify and enhance your technique as we build your confidence levels.  As you grow and progress through the reformer repertoire I guarantee every session will challenge you, have you sweating and shaking, yet leave you wanting more.

Mat class

Tuesday 9am & Wednesday 5:30pm - Ohope Surf Lifesaving Club

This is a 60 minute Pilates class performed on the mat which caters for all levels (first-timers and regulars). Suitable for anyone wanting a great all over body workout. Clients will be taken through a series of Pilates mat exercises that explore various body positions, planes of motion, and joint movements. The class may use Pilates props (ie, Pilates Circle, TheraBands, small weights etc.) for some exercises at the instructor’s discretion.  

Classes emphasise the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs. This 60min challenging session flows from one exercise to the next while working with a focus on the core muscles, posture and flexibility. Through controlled and precise movements you will feel a deep burn that will test your ability to keep going.

What you need to know....

PLEASE NOTE:
Pure Pilates reformer sessions are planned on an individual basis. Therefore if you have an injury please inform Chanel prior to your session to allow her to tailor your session to meet your needs.

Pure Pilates Mat classes are FITNESS based and not an Injury Rehabilitation session. Group classes are not suitable for those with chronic injuries or pregnant clients.

AT THE STUDIO:
Please arrive 5mins prior to your session.  Please remember this is also a residential area and to be considerate of those living near by. The studio does not have a designated waiting area due to the size so please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your session.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however I ask that you please allow for as much notice as possible so I am able to let another client know that space has become available.

Please understand that payment will be charged or concession used, if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice or failing to show up to a session you are booked into.
