Payment Terms and Conditions
CONCESSION POLICY
Please take note of concession expiry time frames. Unused concessions are non-refundable and can not be extended or transferred to another client.
PAYMENTS
All payments are to be made in person upon completion of the mat/reformer session. Or online through Internet banking when confirmed with me.
INTERNET BANKING
Payments can be made online directly into the Pure Pilates account. Ask Chanel for the account details for this option.
Please use your name as a reference when making a payment so I am able to easily identify it as yours
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however I ask that you please allow for as much notice as possible if you wish to avoid being charged the full class fee.
Please understand that payment will be charged or concession used, if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice or failing to show up to a session you are booked into. This payment can not be credited towards another session nor can it be given to someone else to use.
